The breakfast was great, Frank allowed us to choose what we wanted breakfast and was very thorough. The room was very clean and equipped with raincoats, bathrobes, slippers, and even had a little electric fireplace.
Bikes were also a great way to see the city in the best way because the city center was only at 15 minutes. The Slotermeer district and the surroundings are very nice and quiet noise-free, there are some very nice parks nearby where you can relax and have fun.

Er sagte uns wie man am besten zum Centrum kommt . Auch der Parkplatz hinterm Haus sehr vorteilhaft ,der Aufzug im Haus man braucht keine Koffer die Treppen hochtragen,es passte alles . Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub bei Ihm . Die Unterkunft werden wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

The tulip-gallery is a very nice and clean place. Frank is a very helpful host. Although it's quite far away from the center of Amsterdam, you've got great access to public transportation (stations for 2 different lines are just in front of the house, 20 min to central station, 15 min to the center) and there is a supermarket in the same building.
The breakfast is also very good.

The tulip-gallery is a very nice and clean place. Frank is a very helpful host. Although it's quite far away from the center of Amsterdam, you've got great access to public transportation (stations for 2 different lines are just in front of the house, 20 min to central station, 15 min to the center) and there is a supermarket in the same building.
The breakfast is also very good.

We stayed in 'room 3' which was actually in van Gentstraat with Frank's girlfriend. We felt secure leaving our car in open but off-street parking at Frank's place. Van Genstraat is nearer centre and well served by trams and buses but parking not free.

We stayed in 'room 3' which was actually in van Gentstraat with Frank's girlfriend. We felt secure leaving our car in open but off-street parking at Frank's place. Van Genstraat is nearer centre and well served by trams and buses but parking not free.
Compact double room; kettle; bring own mugs; small tv.
Shower/basin and separate wc shared with host.
Generous breakfast. Friendly, helpful and trusting host.
