Omringd door de Achterhoekse natuur, ligt de monumentale boerderij uit 1924, in één van de 7 buurtschappen van Aalten; Lintelo genaamd. De woning is geheel in boerenlandleven-stijl ingericht, waardoor u de hectiek van alledag snel zult laten varen.
Het achterhuis heeft twee ingangen. Een open keuken voorzien van gasfornuis, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, magnetron, koelkast. De woonkamer is ca. 40m2 met een gezellige zithoek, televisie incl. digitenne. In de hal vindt u het toilet. Twee slaapkamers; twee maal twee 1-persoonsbedden, waarvan 1 elektrisch verstelbaar is. Aangrenzend aan slaapkamer 2; De badkamer met riante douche, wastafel en 2e toilet. De gehele woning is gelijkvloers + voorzien van vloerverwarming

een heel ruime, uitstekend uitgeruste, zeer schone en comfortabele bed en breakfast!
Eigenaren zijn heel erg gastvrij, het ontbijt is super, de ligging is perfect voor rustzoekers, kortom PERFECT!!!
