Bed & Breakfast ~De Noord~ is situated on the dyke, alongside the river ‘De Noord’ (literally: ‘The northern one’). This is at the border of the village of Alblasserdem on walking distance near the mills of ‘Kinderdijk’.

Because of the large area’s of farming land, this is an ideal environment for hitching and cycling. There’s an official walking path next to our home: the ‘LAW Oeverloperpad’.

By Fast Ferry, with a stop close by, you can easily reach the nice old city Dordrecht and the large city Rotterdam: biggest harbour of Europe.

Positive Experiences
Très belle chambre d'hôtes,très confortable. Tout y est ,rien ne manque. La décoration est très soignée. De plus, il y a un petit jardin bien aménagé, tout pour faire un agréable séjour. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, le petit déjeuner est très copieux.

Klein und gemütlich, elektrische Bettverstellung,ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Waterbus sowie Kinderdijk direkt vor der Tür. Ideal für Fahrradtouren mit dem Waterbus nach Dordrecht und Rotterdam.

We realy enjoyed our stay.Comfortable and warm . Close to Kinderdyk which was so spectacular to see all the wind mills. A comfortable place to eat our breakfast and even enough to pack a light lunch. Thank you so much.
