A lovely and romantic privat appartment situated in the hart of the biggest shopping area of Amstelveen, You find almost every shop in the shopping centre from the big warehouse till cosy boutiques. We have several restaurants on walking distance.
You find the bus station and a Tram stop directly to centre of Amsterdam, on you door step.With the car you will be at Schiphol or the Rai in about 15 minutes.
The B&B Shop.en. Meer has its own entree with elevavator. privat ,Bathroom with shower and a privat separate toilet
A kitchen with Microwave, Senseo coffee maker, coocker and washing machine. And a lovely 2 pers BOX spring, or 2 separate beds.
You also find in the appartment a Breakfast room ,where you can enjoy your breakfast or relax after a good day ...

De ligging van het appartement is perfect; direct in het winkelcentrum van Amstelveen en met het openbaar vervoer ben je zo in Amsterdam. Erg hartelijk ontvangst en een leuk ingericht appartement.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay in Shop en Meer very much. Ilja, the owner is warm and friendly and made me feel very welcome on arrival and made sure that I was aware of everything this luxury studio appartment.
For improvement
The appartment is altogether very bright due to light curtains in the sleeping area and skylight in the kitchen which leads off from there. Consequently daylight arrives when the sun is up and the appartment was very light from 5am in the morning. So not so good for continued sleep ! Maybe consideration can be given for heavier dark curtains or additional blinds and a blind across the fanlight ? Just a personal observation though. Also I think the appartment would be enhanced with a medium sized flatscreen TV rather than the existing portable which I thought was too small for the area it was in. Finally breakfast is offered but made up an put in the fridge prior to arrival based on the number of nights stay. The bread was dry on the second day so maybe a consideration to have tne option of breakfast or not and reflect in the price of the appartment. Having said this I still enjoyed my experience in Shop en Meer and would definitely consider staying there again.

Bij aankomst bleek dat de B&B eigenaar totaal niet op de hoogte was van de reserveringsaanvraag. DE B&B was reeds bezet.
Volgens de eigenaar was ons verblijf NIET door Bedandbreakfast.nl doorgegeven. Het is ons niet gelukt een vervangend verblijf te vinden dus onze korte vakantie naar Amstelveen e.o. viel totaal in het water. Bijzonder vervelend. Gaarne uw reactie!
