Ontbijt was lekker;
Locatie is heel goed tov centrum'
Hartelijke ontvangst;
Mogelijkheid zelf koffie / thee te maken;
Ruime kamer, met zitje en groot bed en ruime badkamer.

For improvement
Douche zat nog met haren van eerdere bezoekers;
Aparte wc alleen voor "number 1" voor de grote boodschap moest je toch echt naar boven op de wc van de familie;
Kamer is in souterain, dus steile trap af met koffer;
Pand heeft houten vloeren dus je hoort de kinderen heen en weer rennen;
Eigenaresse heeft viool gestudeerd en oefent veel ...;
Tv is erg klein haast niet vanuit bed te zien;
Klein koelkastje op kamer, maar maakt veel lawaai dus 's nachts uit gedaan.

Vriendelijk en ongedwongen ontvangst door eigenaren. Kamer Ludwig, in het souterain, heeft eenvoudige meubels, een fijne badkamer, koffie en thee faciliteit en zelfs een kleine koelkast.

Een uitstekende B&B, eigenlijk meer een klein appartement, gelegen aan de rand van het centrum en ideaal zelfs voor een paar nachten Amsterdam.

Good position, quiet, near tram. They help me to find for the first nigh a room in Amsterdam

"Breakfast is served" that is on the web page, in fact no breakfast served.
I ask for 2 days but it was available only 1 and insteed to ject they accept only one day!
