Amsterdam Boutique Bed and Breakfast is situated in a quiet and leafy corner of the Amsterdam West Art Deco district at approximately 15 minutes walking distance from the city center (Anne Frank house, Dam Square and the canals). There are excellent public transport facillities at 250 meters from the house.
Our smoke free room is on the third floor of a renovated house constructed in the "Amsterdam School" style from the 1920's. It still has loads of original features and details. The apartment is luxuriously decorated with design furniture and art objects.
From your room you have entrance to the balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast (on a sunny day) surrounded by trees, birds and flowers. The ideal place for those who appreciate style and comfort.

Zeer mooie en nette kamer (ziet er precies uit zoals op de foto's), heerlijk bed, lekker en verzorgd ontbijt met vers fruit, warme broodjes etc. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen en kregen we een kaartje met goede restaurantjes en bars in de buurt. De ligging kon misschien iets beter, maar doordat je wat buiten het centrum zit heb je geen last van nachtlawaai wat dan weer een pluspunt is. Bij ons volgende bezoek aan Amsterdam komen wij hier graag terug!

Bill and Robert were very welcoming and were informative about the local attractions/restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, we enjoyed the variety. The room decor was as expected from the photos.
For improvement
There was no sign saying e.g. B and B. If we hadnt noted the names of the owners down we may have missed the apartment.

The location is very good: quite area but very close to the city center (tram stop is ca 2 mins). The room is super: stylish, clean and quite. I recommend to stay at this B&B.

Positieve contacten met eigenaars. Zijn erg zorgzaam en hulpvaardig. Nemen de tijd en zorgen ervoor dat je je snel op je gemak voelt. Helpen graag met ideeën wat te doen in Amsterdam. Wijzen op de niet highlights waardoor je een ander Amsterdam leert kennen. De kamer ligt in een rustig deel van Amsterdam. Fijn na weer een drukke dag.

De badkamer deel je met de bewoners wat geen enkel probleem is maar ik zou als eigenaar een eigen toilet hebben laten maken.

It was a really nice stay at Roberts and Bills accommodation. Robert and Bill were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and very lovely furnished. We had breakfast at the balcony with a view into the green. The bathroom is very big and it was always clean. Near the accommodation is the tramstation, its easy to come to the citycentre in a about 7 minutes. A perfect place for your holidays!

Goede prijs/kwaliteit, nette en mooi ingerichte kamer. Klein maar fijn.
For improvement
Draadloos internet was zeer traag en niet stabiel, werd er vaak uitgegooid.
Vaak nachtlawaai door mensen die op stap gaan rond het Leidseplein. Oordoppen zijn een must!
