Apartment Herengracht is located in the very centre of Amsterdam, near Rembrandt Square with its many terraces and Utrechtsestreet with shops and restaurants.
It is a private apartment (52 m2) on the third floor, overlooking the Amstel River and the Golden Bend. The apartment was completely redecorated in 2010. Private bathroom, separate bedroom, kitchenette with microwave, built-in fridge freezer, dishwasher and facilities to make coffee and tea. Use of terrace.
A few minutes walk will take you to attractions such as Carré, Music Theatre, Waterloo Square, Hortus, Hermitage, Rembrandt House, Jewish Historical Museum, Flower Market and Munt Tower.
Vondelpark, Jordaan, Anne Frank House, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Heineken Experience, Albert Cuyp market and Artis can be reached in less than 10 minutes by tram. Almost every tourist boat sails along and the museum boat stops in front of the house.
There is so much to do. We will gladly inform you about the many possibilities.

We booked this place based on its very high rating. Well, there is nothing less to say: this B&B is just amazing! Excellent location, cosy living room and large bedroom very well renovated, friendly people and a smashing breakfast. Indeed worth every penny and the highest rating: 10!

Zeer gastvrij ontvangst, compleet van alles voorzien tot in de kleinste details, zeeeer uitgebreid ontbijt, ideale uitvalsbasis om het mooie Amsterdam te verkennen en alles binnen wandelafstand. We kregen ook heel wat praktisch advies qua parkeren en te bezoeken musea. Veel informatie voor handen in het logies. Deze bestemming is voor herhaling vatbaar. We komen zeker terug.

Wat een schitterende Bed & Breakfast! Unieke, centrale ligging en toch gemakkelijk bereikbaar. En de eigenaars zijn uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hun generositeit wordt onder meer weerspiegeld in het ronduit verbluffend ontbijt. Kortom luxe B&B, zonder enige twijfel de prijs waard!

The B&B hosts provided excellent food, both for breakfast and for afternoon snacks, always with consideration for our preferences. The location was on a quiet street, yet within easy walking distance to all the attractions. We benefited from discounted restaurant coupons and free passes to museums that our hosts provided. The quality of the lodging was 5*, but the warmth and hospitality of the hosts made this place really special and truly memorable. If we return to Amsterdam, we'll look forward to staying at Apartment Herengracht again.

There is no way that this apartment could possibly be improved--it's spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the Herengracht canal and a view over the City from the rooftop terrace. The historic canal house has been completely renovated to exacting standards--we were amazed at the quality given the very reasonable price. The owner has thought of everything anyone would need, and has spared no expense in making this place a beautiful home.

Absolut Spitze! Das Appartment liegt wunderschön und ist sehr gepflegt. Das Schlafzimmer geht ruhig in den Innenhof, das Esszimmer hat einen tollen Blick auf die Herrengracht. Die Dachterrasse, die mitbenutzt werden kann, ist ein Juwel. Aber das Beste sind die Gastgeber Chan und Gijsje und Ihre unvergleichliche Gastfreundschaft!! Wir wurden mit einem ausgesprochen reichhaltigen, Frühstück mit täglich wechselnden Überraschungen (Sorbet, Sekt, Käsedegustation...) verwöhnt, mit der VIP-Karte für die grossen Museen war der Eintritt kostenlos, und auch für Zwischendurch und für die Heimreise gab es "substantial Snacks", die keine Wünsche offen ließen.

I would highly recommend this bed & breakfast. Gisjsje & Chan are attentive and very responsive to your needs. The bedroom is quiet and the bed has a good quality mattress. There is a wide choice of food for breakfast. The privacy and views from this top floor apartment are terrific!

It is necessary to be able to cllimb stairs.

O apartamento é muito bom com uma excelente localização. Os donos, a Gijsje e o Chan são muito legais e nos deixaram nos sentindo em casa. Recomento para qualquer pessoa ficar no Apartment Herengracht.
