The "Keizerinn" (16 m2) is a B & B on a houseboat on the Nieuwe Keizersgracht opposite the Botanical Gardens. You will have a private entrance and private kitchenette and bathroom. You will have the wheelhouse and the rear of the ship at your disposal. The owner lives on the front of the ship.
The Keizerinn is located on a canal in the historic center of Amsterdam, within walking distance of museums, Artis zoo, flea market and many restaurants and shops. It is a quiet and green area.
Lay out: through the private entrance you get inside the wheelhouse. There you can chill out with great views over the canal and the botanical garden. A narrow staircase leads you down to the kitchenette (double stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker), the bed (140 x 200) and bathroom with shower and toilet. Downstairs there is underfloor heating, in the wheelhouse a raditor.
On the upper deck you can relax and sit in the sun. It's without breakfast.

Positive Experiences
Very friendly hosts who were willing to advise on anything. Nice and clean houseboat with lots of light. We were also allowed to use the bikes, which came out very handy. Only 10 minutes to reach the centre. One time with rain, we took the bus: also only 10 minutes to get to central station. Nice quiet neighboorhood. Good Italian restaurant accross the street.

Heerlijk genoten van het Drijfpaleis in Arnhem. Aanrader voor wie iets aparts wil en toch niet hoeft in te leveren qua comfort
For improvement
