We are nicely located in the"Pijp-district", the cultural meltingpot of Amsterdam. Rijksmuseum and van Goghmuseum are within 5-min walking. The famous every-day market "Albert Cuyp" is just down the street. In the near vicinity of our place are more than 50 restaurants and cafes. If you care for a morning swim a beautiful art-deco swimmingpool from the late nineteenth century is just over the bridge.
Public transport is just around the corner from our house(tram 16 and 24)
The apartment itself consist of a room with two single beds and has a cooking facility
and a small refrigirator. We have a fast internet connection, so bring your labtop! There is a seperate large bathroom. The house has 3.40m high ceilings and works very spacious, it is from 1896 and has lots of original details. In case of 3 or 4 people staying we open up the slide-door and double the availble space, there are 4 comfortable sleeping places then.

We enjoyed our stay at van Campen appartment. The only surprise was that there is not a stand alone appartment, but a room in the appartment's owner's place. We liked the place near all the museums, and we walked every day to the city centre for about 30-40 minutes. The owners, Jan and Henny, were very nice to us and tried to help if we needed something.

Point of departure
We hebben het heel erg naar de zin gehad. De ontvangst was allerhartigst en wij hebben genoeten van ons verblijf in Amsterdam. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug.
