At one of the best parts of Amsterdam FREE PARKING
Welcome to our Bed & Breakfast Amsterdam Noord, our villa with garden, surrounded by water and situated very centrally.
With very quiet private road.
-The Ring is very near.
-The busstation is 5 mn walking, bus 35 brings you to the centre
every 10 minutes.
-You can find the free ferry to the Central Station by bicycle
within 12 minutes ( a nice free trip as it is), then five minutes walking to the Dam.
Also easily to access:
- natural parc Twiske for a good walk or bicycle trip.
- The ports Marken and Volendam along the IJsselmeer.
- Zaanse Schans and Alkmaar ( cheese market ).
- The beach of Zandvoort has a great connection by bus and train.
- The Keukenhof.

Het ontbijt was goed en de heer des huizes zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij!

For improvement
De kamer, garage, was zeer klein ook het bed evenals de doucheruimte. Bij gebruik van water veel herrie van het systeem, deur naar de woning was op slot voelde me daardoor opgesloten en pas na hard kloppen ging de deur open en konden we gaan ontbijten. mijn conclusie is dat de eigenaren het goed bedoelen maar dat deze ruimte beslist niet geschikt is als B+B. En wij voortaan niet zo snel meer zullen kiezen voor het overnachten in een B+B

A very nice place to go. We feeled very welcomed and had good advice from Yvonne. She has been really helpfull to when we needded tools to repair our bike!
The studio with the kitchen is very comfortable, large and very clean.
We really recommand the place. Not too far from the center if you have a bike to go and get the free ferry to the center of Amsterdam.

For improvement
In such a large room, we were surprised no to find a larger bed.

Tolle Lokation! Gute Lage! Ganz netter Vermieter! Zimmer OK! Absolut tolle Dachterasse! - Empfehlenswert!

For improvement
Zimmer nicht verschliessbar! Vertrauenswürdiger Vermieter und es ist nichts weggekommen! Nur Süsskram zum Früchstück - trozdem sehr gut!

sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeber,
alles sehr nett eingerichtet und sehr sauber

For improvement
Zimmer 1 und Bad sind extrem klein (umgebaute Garage), insbesondere in Anbetracht des Preises,
nahegelegene Autobahn deutlich vernehmbar, ebenso wie die Gastgeber selbst morgens gut zu hören sind

De eigenaar is een zeer goede gastgever.

For improvement
Beschrijving klopt niet,in de beschrijving staat een kamer op de begane grond met eigen badkamer. Kamer 2 op 1 verdieping met eigen badkamer.
Beide kamers op de 1 verdieping en maar 1 badkamer.wil je een föhn gebruiken moet in de hal een verlengeringskabel gelegt worden,daar in de badkamer geen stopkontakt!
In een kamer geen spiegel!

This B&B is excellent!
and we truly enjoyed our stay here, Mister Meijer is a great host and makes you feel very welcome. The location may not be the most centric but the travel connections to Central Amsterdam or Zanndvoort are great.
We have no complaints. We recommend this!
