Very romantic boathouse, simply build but an attractive appartment on the water for 2 adults and a child.
You will be staying on our "second" boat, which lies next to our houseboat. The Chambreboat has 2 rooms, a sleeping/living area of +- 24 m2, with twinbed and (sleeping)couch, and the kitchen with dining table and shower.
Outside there's a covered toilet adjacent to the kitchen which needs to be flushed with a hand pump. The chambreboat is situated in the north of Amsterdam between the bridge and the ring road A10 of Amsterdam. Still the city, so when you expect no traffic noise you will be disappointed.

A unique place where nature coincides with the city. There's is traffic noise, but also the tranquility of the water and the view. And just outside the ring road nature appears in green pastures with grazing cows and lots of different birds. Ideal for cycling and walking. This is next door, just 15min (by tram) from central station and the heart of the city.

Its really a great place, overlooking nice lake with ducks and swans swimming past your window.. the price was really nice as you would have the owh boat house by yourself well equipped with cooking facilities and the utensil, a double bed, sofa, shower, towel, shower gels, etc. It made us feel like home! The host was also very nice and friendly :)

For improvement
the wifi connection was kinda weak and not working sometimes.but everything is above our expectation in general!

Een mooie boot met ramen rondom waardoor er veel licht binnen komt. Vriendelijke en behulpvaardige eigenaars. Vrij uitzicht. Erg prettig. Sfeervol ingericht

Ligging heel goed als je fietsen bij hebt.
Je kan ook heel makklijk even buiten de stad Amsterdam verkennen over het IJ

Het buitendek kan wel een likje verf gebruiken.

Dieses hübsche Bed&Breackfast ist sehr grosszügig und eingerichtet wie eine Ferienwohnung. Es ist empfehlenswert mit Fahrrädern anzureisen, damit man auch abends noch mobil ist. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb, jedoch nach dem Amsterdammer City Trubel, kann man hier in Nord-Amsterdam wieder Ruhe finden.

For improvement
Die Autobahn ist hörbar, der Brückenabgang bei Anreise zu Fuss ist für Kinderwagen umständlich.

ein ungewöhnlicher ort, an der orangeschleuse mit einem sehr schönen täglichen radweg über den nieuwedamer dijk in die stad.
und ein hausboot buchen wir sicher noch mal.
