We very much welcome you in our B & B " Magnolia" which is build under architecture by the Dutch Architect Berlage. It's situated in a lively neighbourhood in the Eastern part of Amsterdam, with many small restaurants, little shops, a market and two parks nearby. We are situated 10 minutes walking distances away from the Metro station that will take you within 5 minutes to the centre of Amsterdam. Our bed & breakfast was recently renovated and you have your own studio, which include: a romantic bedroom with a double bed, a separate dinning/living room with an extra sleeping couch, as well as a separate bathroom. During the summer breakfast can be used at the terrace. There's access to internet and bicycles can be stored safely overnight.

Positive Experiences
Very friendly hostess. Room was well equipped and comfortable. I liked very much the "self service" breakfast, nice and relaxed.
Public transport was only a short walk away.
Would definitely stay here again.

De gastvrouw is zeer open, vriendelijk en spontaan en geeft je echt het gevoel welkom te zijn. Het appartement waarin we verbleven was rustig gelegen. Verkeersgeluiden drongen
's-nachts nauwelijks door.

For improvement
Het matras was erg zacht en we hadden een tweepersoonsbed met een tweepersoonsdekbed. Dat vonden we niet prettig, want dat zijn we niet gewend. En voor ons was het geen probleem, maar er is geen TV en radio aanwezig in het appartement. Wij vonden het bovendien niet erg dat het appartement nogal ver van het centrum verwijderd is, maar andere mensen denken daar wellicht anders over. Het openbaar vervoer is overigens uitstekend geregeld. Het Amstelstation ligt op loopafstand.
