Our inspiring Bed & Breakfast called De Kleihorst is located in the colourful tip of the province of North Holland. De Kleihorst is situated in a traditional Dutch farm house common to the region with a square building structure, high central point, as well as a lovely thatched roof. Guests like ramblers, cyclists, peace and nature lovers will find a welcome home with us. This oasis of calmness and space has been for years the artistic domain of artist and host Ank van der Horst. Creativity and art as an intrinsic part of life, is the motto for the interior design, the stunning rustic English garden with pond, and the rest of the environment. Contemporary art on the walls and in the adjacent atelier surrounds the visitor. Breakfast with ingredients from the local market and even the own vegetable garden is offered. If they desire, guests can also join for lunch and dinner on the long spacious open kitchen. Full flexibility is offered in this regard.

Dieses B&B kann ich nur empfehlen. Ank ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und üppig. Das Zimmer ist ein Traum. Auch meine Hündin war herzlich willkommen. Für alle die Ruhe suchen, ist dieses B&B bestens geeignet. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter sind herzlich und professionell. Die Wohnung ist kreativ, bequem, liebevoll und sehr sauber.

For improvement
Bei schlechtem Wetter wäre ein kleiner Tisch, um zu schreiben hilfreich. Bei gutem Wetter ist draußen ausreichend Möglichkeit.
