Our romantic Guest House, with own entrance is located in the yard of our monumental farm, t Roepenes whose history dates back to 1720. De hoeve is situated between Apeldoorn and Vaassen and is within walking distance of the Crown domains. The Veluwe with its countless bicycle and walking routes lies at your feet. De hoeve is situated directly on the rural bike knots point. Our garden borders node 77.

This comfortable guest house is romantically decorated with trinkets, which we have taken from our travels around the world. The cottage accommodates 2 a 3 persons. You have a private kitchenette, luxury bathroom and living room with sofa and generous opportunity. At the cottage has a private terrace overlooking our nationwide famous pond garden.

Cyclists have two good bikes. Breakfast is s, morgens at surprising way.

Erg leuk tuinhuis, middenin een prachtige tuin. Sfeervol ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien. goed en zeer klantgericht verzorgd. We voelden ons echt welkom. Mooie uitvalsbasis om te wandelen.

Aanrader! We werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen. Kleine lieve extra attenties. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt, dagelijks schone handdoeken.
Het sfeervol ingerichte ouderwetse huisje heeft een schitterend uitzicht op de prachtige tuin. Voor de deur een romantisch zitje. Rust en privacy.
Op loopafstand van gezellige dorpsstraat met winkels en sfeervolle betaalbare eetgelegenheden. Naast de mooie tuinenvan Mien Ruys. Daar wordt regelmatig iets georganiseerd. Wandel- en fietsroutes in overvloed. Dichtbij recreatieplas met vis- en zwemgelegenheid.

De kranen gaan moeilijk dicht.

Een zeer hartelijk ontvangst door Mini en Harry.
Het waren een paar heerlijke dagen in een mooi tuinhuisje voorzien van alle gemakken.
De tuin waar je in verblijft is zeer mooi aangelegd.
Wij komen zeer zeker weer terug het is echt een aanrader.

Bingo! dacht ik, toen ik 'mijn' B & B zag en heel hartelijk ontvangen werd. Ik voelde me als een 'prinses' met dat uitgebreide ontbijt. Een gekookt eitje, verse jus, fruit en verschillende broodsoorten waren nog maar een gedeelte ervan. De rust vond ik heerlijk en alles was zo lekker schoon. Ik kom zeker nog een keer terug, maar hopelijk is het dan wat minder koud!
