De Compaen is a classical ship. This renovated ship was built in 1930 at de Vooruitgang in Alphen a/d Rijn. The ship is moored at a beautiful place in the river Rhine with a splendid view over the river. This barge has 5 cabins, three with bunkbeds, one with 2 single beds. Price € 69,-- 2 pers, € 49.-1 person.

Na een geweldige ontvangst hebben we een hele leuke overnachting gehad bij de Aak-Compaen in Arnhem.
De rust die we daar hebben gevonden was ongelofelijk, en dat midden in de stad!!!! Onze zoon word na zijn overnachting in de stuurhut nu de kapitein genoemd, en de slinger touwen waren voor de kinderen ook geweldig! Na een prima ontbijtje zijn we vertrokken, maar gaan zeker een keer terug!!!

Leuk ontvangst en een duidelijke uitleg hoe we op de woonboot binnen moeten komen en hoe en wat we allemaal mogen gebruiken.
Ligging vlak bij het Centrum en men hoort niets van het verkeer.
Ondanks dat het een boot is prima geslapen en het heeft natuurlijk wel wat.
Ontbijt was super en we konden de spullen gewoon laten staan om de dag in het centrum van Arnhem te bekijken.
Super super komen zeker weten nog eens terug.
Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen.
