Our house Zijpendaalseweg 25 (Zyp25 for short) is located in the heart of Arnhem at the Sonsbeekpark, within walking distance (400m) from the center and the station.
In 2010 and 2011, we (Sandra Krekel and Roland Angenent) converted this town house from a commercial building to a residential/work building. The first floor of our building we rent as a Bed & Breakfast. This floor comprises a spacious living / bedroom and bathroom overlooking the park Sonsbeek. When you cross the street you walk in the park.
You will have a kitchenette and your own luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi. You can make use of a microwave in the pantry on the first floor. Breakfast is served in the room or, if weather permits, in the courtyard.
Zyp25 is suitable for anyone looking for a welcoming accommodation in a prime location. Pets may come along in agreement. Minimum two nights.
We speak Dutch, English, German and some French.

Ruime kamer met prachtig uitzicht op het Sonsbeek park en een geweldige badkamer met jacuzzi. Op loopafstand van het centrum (en het station). Aardige gastvrouw.
