Bed & Breakfast "Het Heerenhuis" is located at the Beilerstraat, Assen.
Across the street the B & B is faced by an 150ha forest called Ässer bos".
The main tourist destinations are all within walking distance.
The trainstation, city centre and the Bonte Wever are a ten minute walk and the distance to the famous TT-circuit is 5 km.

The host were very welcoming.
The house is interesting and the location quiet and across from a park.
The breakfast was plentyfull and delicious.

For improvement
The second set of stairs was a challenge, an improvement would be nice.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst op prachtige locatie. Mooie kamer met prima bed en balkon op 2e verdieping. Gezamenlijk gebruik van keukentje en badkamer op dezelfde verdieping. Netjes en alles aanwezig. Zelf mogelijkheid voor koffie/thee te zetten. Uitgebreid ontbijt is super verzorgd. B&B is tegenover bos om heerlijk te wandelen en om door te lopen naar De Bonte Wever! Wij komen zeer beslist terug.

Vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaren. Schitterend klassiek ingericht heerenhuis. Ruime en schone (bad)kamer.
Het ontbijt was uitmuntend.
Voldoende (gratis) parkeerruimte voor de deur.
Kortom: dit B&B is ten zeerste aan te bevelen.
