The Kippenburgh was built in 1892 in northern Dutch style in the center of Berlicum. After a thorough renovation, many original features preserved.

In separate stable part of farm are two apartments with separate entrance, private terrace overlooking the meadows, kitchenette, bathroom and a living / bedroom.
Apartment 1 is ideal as a family apartment as there is a bedroom on the first floor.

In the living area of the farm there is a third apartment located on the first floor. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, private bathroom, kitchenette and sitting room. This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

The Kippenburgh is located just 5 km. of the historical city of 's-Hertogenbosch.
100 meters from public transport to Central Station 's-Hertogenbosch.
3 km from motorway A2/A50.

Een rustig en buitengewoon verzorgde bed & breakfast! Voor ons een prima uitvalbasis vanuit het Zeeuwse. Bijzonder aardige gastheer en mevrouw!

For improvement
Blindering van ramen zou wat ons betreft wat donkerder mogen. Maar dat is eigenlijk zoeken naar spijkers op laag water.

Gezellig huis op mooie locatie. Vriendelijke mensen. Aan de achterkant kijk je uit op de landerijen. Heerlijk geslapen. Goede bedden. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Je bent zo in Den Bosch.

Wat een geweldige ambiance!
We hadden een appartement voor 4 personen. Alles is aanwezig;van badslippers, badjassen tot extra dekbedden.
De bedden zijn prima. Alle lof voor deze b&b. Een echte aanrader!!!
Bovendien heerlijk eten op loopafstand!

Il soggiorno a Kippenburgh è stato delizioso. L'appartamento era spazioso, dotato di tutti i comfort e pulito. Inoltre sia la casa che il giardino sono particolarmente suggestivi, così come la collocazione in una placida e tranquilla cittadina olandese. Het b&b ligt erg mooi en dichtbij Den Bosch. Er was een zee van ruimte in en om het huis. Goed verzorgd ontbijt, de kinderen vonden het erg leuk en gezellig aan de grote eettafel. Jan en Siny zijn erg aardige mensen die zeker hun best doen.

niets. ja misschien een klein stukje van de tuin inrichten met wat dieren(bijv. kippetje,geitje ) erg leuk voor de stadsmensen die er komen slapen.
