Gerbrandy State, een monumentale kop-hals-romp boerderij, direct gelegen aan de Elfsredenroute (loopafstand naar het Elfstedenwater) en niet te vergeten de Slachtedyk.
Gelegen in hartje Friesland , niet ver van het Friese merengebied en met tenminste 5 van de 11 steden op fietsafstand is onze boerderij een prima uitgangspunt om Friesland te verkennen. Lopend, op de fiets of per kano, u zult versteld staan van de weldadige rust en ruimte die juist dit deel van Friesland uitstraalt.
Natuur en cultuur gaan hand in hand: prachtige musea, schitterende kerken , monumentale gebouwen en veel culturele aktiviteiten.
En voor de kinderen is op korte afstand,
Terherne, het Kameleondorp , een must en anders , Aqua Zoo in Leeuwarden en Aeolus in Sexbierum.
En dan nog de vele overdekte golfslagbaden in de buurt.
En de prachtige waddeneilanden, prima in een dag te doen.
Wij delenmet plezier de ruimte die onze boerderij biedt en geven u graag het gevoel dat u uit en toch thuis bent
