Our characteristic House is situated in the centre of Breda, surrounded by beautiful countryside that is ideal for your walking and bicycle holidays.

The historical and Burgondian centre is only 10 min. walk from our B&B. Breda is 50 km from Antwerp and Rotterdam. B&B ‘Lieu de Ruse

een zeer gezellig huis mooi ingericht met kunst
het ontbijt was uitgebreid
de gastvrouw had leuke tips en niet opdringerig

For improvement
omdat wij aan de straatkant sliepen konden wij het verkeer wel goed horen (daarentegen lager er wel oordopjes klaar)
de trap naar de 2everd. was wel stijl

fantastisch ontbijt met een ei uit eigen tuin en een fruittaartje van eigen hand. Een huislijke sfeer door de verschillende stijlen in het huis. Een omakamer en een broodkamer. Aanrader

Geen. De kamers zijn op de 2e verdieping gelegen en voor mij een klim. Kleine badkamer die voldoet.

Arrivé le 14 juillet 2011de France après une journée de vélo sous la pluie, le bonheur de rencontrer Hanneke super accueillante, de trouver une chambre et une salle de bain impeccables, une literie irréprochable, le tout à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville.

Good breakfast and friendly guest.

For improvement
Who wants a more silent room, avoid to book room 1 since it's on the street side, just a bit traffic noise in the morning, perhaps it's better to choose room 2 on backyard garden

Gastvrij ontvangen met een drankje, kregen eigen sleutel van het huis. ontbijt was prima verzorgd met een eitje naar wens van eigen kippen en heerlijk vers fruit. B&B ligt erg centraal, centrum is op loopafstand.

For improvement
Prijs voor overnachting is gezien de inrichting en comfort wat aan de hoge kant, dit naar mijn mening welke ik afzet tegen eerdere ervaringen met B&B ´s. Inrichting is oud en zit er wat onverzorgt uit. voor het zelfde bedrag is er ook een hotel te boeken.
