Positive Experiences
Zéér hartelijke ontvangst, een heel goed en smakelijk ontbijt, goede bedden, smaakvol ingericht, perfecte locatie. Heel veel kleine extraatjes, zoals een flesje wijn, flesjes water, koekjes, tissues, paraplu, shampoo, koffie en thee, extra bed voor onze dochter.

Een zeer gastvrije ontvangst, we hebben heerlijk geslapen en fantastisch ontbeten! Leuk: er staat een flesje wijn klaar. Ondanks dat het midden in het centrum ligt hebben we geen last gehad van geluidsoverlast van buiten.

Een glazen deurtje tussen douche en toilet zou handig zijn.

It was a lovely B&B. Friendly, comfortable and extremely convenient. Excellent.
The breakfast was superb!

For improvement
maybe a glass door between the toilet and the shower, like the door between the door/entrance and the shower.

I loved the details that Martin and Will have in their small B&B. The breakfast is the most amazing one. The room is quiet, even though it is in the downtown area. They made my 10 days stay in Delft a pretty cozzy one. Thanks!!!

Wil is zeer gastvrij, heeft er veel plezier in. alles is superschoon, efficient ingedeeld en zeer verzorgd. Heerlijk ontbijt is wel genoeg voor vier personen! Rustig gelege in de drukke studentenstad. DANK!

Aardige en flexibele gastvrouw. Wij hadden een eigen huisje tot onze beschikking en hoefde ons daardoor nergens ongemakkelijk over te voelen.
Lekker ontbijt stond klaar in de koelkast.

Het geheel is wat je hoopt te krijgen en dan meestal niet krijgt. Prinsenstad is ideaal gelegen voor wanneer men met openbaar vervoer reist. Vlakbij Station, binnenstad en markt.
