We are in a quiet street near the center of Delft within easy walking distance from the train station.
The ground floor apartment is approx 38 square meters and has a private bathroom. There are tea and coffee making facilities as well as a small fridge and microwave oven. There is a dining area, a lounge area with a TV and DVD player. The sleeping area has a good quality box spring bed. This large double bed can be seperated into two singles. I have a baby's cot which is suitable till 3 years. I also have an extra bed for an older child.
I have bicycles which may be borrowed and if you come by car there are parking facilities.
You can either help yourself to breakfast or it can be served,

Warm welcome. Best beds ever. Independent entrance. Comfortable couches to watch TV etc. Books/magazines to read. Wonderful decoration. Shampoo/shower gel/soap. Large windows, lots of light. Cool on hot days, warm on cold days. Spacious. Location: at 2 min. walk to centre, but quiet. 8 min. from station, 2 min. busstop (to station, TU Delft, Ikea etc). No stairs, so also good for the elderly or other people who do not like climbing stairs with luggage. Extensive breakfast & other goodies. Coffeemaker, waterboiler, fridge, microwave, kitchenware are available in the breakfast area of the room, so that you can make coffee, tea, have a drink or make a sandwich any time of the day. In general a peaceful harbour in the busy town of Delft in which you really can relax after a tiring day
Doreen is a wonderful host who makes you feel right at home. We'll be back!

Host Doreen is very friendly, very helpful and went the extra distance to assist us (in our case, she helped with tickets and directions to the Keukenhof, for example). She provided a varied, plentiful breakfast (although we prefer less sweets and less packaged products), and she asked for our preferences. The B&B is an easy walk to the center of the old town or to the station, with a supermarket around the corner.
