Our beautifull Koffiepakhuys is situated in a quiet part in the historical centre of Deventer, only a 10 minutes walk from the railwaystation. The cultural sights, restaurants and shops are just around the corner. Also the river IJssel is nearby for a walk or a tour by bike in beautifull naturaL surroundings. Other interesting places like the hansaic city of Zutphen or Apeldoorn (royal palace, primate zoo) are within 10 minutes reach by train. Even Amsterdam is only a 75 minutes drive by train!

The guestroom is spacious and comfortable with a mediterranean look. The kingsize bed is extra long and inviting to a good nights sleep. Also you 'll find a breakfastcorner and a livingcorner with comfortable furniture. The kitchenette provides coffee- and teamaking facilities.

We welcome you with a carafe of wine and a local speciality and will try to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

N.B. By booking 1 night there is a charge of € 5 p.p.

Positive Experiences
Very quiet, self contained bedroom/bathroom/kitchen, very hospitable and helpful hosts, lovely breakfast -v plentiful, good location, photos on website don't do the room justice, lovely outside private terrace/garden area. A really great place to stay.

Vriendelijke ontvangst en zeer gastvrije gastvrouw. B en B is zeer ruim en gezellig ingericht.
Lekker ontbijt met warme broodjes. Ligging uitstekend: je loopt zo het centrum in , maar gelegen in rustige straat.

Rustige mooi plek in het centrum. Hele aardige gastvrouw. Ontbijt in koelkast maar goed verzorgd en in de ochtend kregen we heerlijke warme broodjes van de gastvrouw! Super bed, een ruime en gezellig plek!

Terugkijkend op 3 heerlijke dagen Deventer, met als invulling de tweede helft van de prachtige NS wandeling naar Olst, met speciale aandacht voor het luxueuze zelfbedieningsrestaurant halverwege, ik bedoel dit trouwens oprecht aardig, een aangenaam verblijf in de Thermen van Bussloo alsmede bezichtiging van historisch Deventer. Dit alles met een prima Bed & Breakfast als uitvalsbasis. Complimenten en dank aan gastvrouw Yolande!

Is absoluut 'n aanrader. Aardige gastvrouw en goed ontbijt. Goede ligging.

For improvement
De huurprijs die op de site voorkwam bleek niet de te betalen prijs. Op de site staat nog 80 euro, terwijl we 90 betaalden.

A wonderful welcome to this large studio in a quiet part of the old town. Cycles no problem in huge garage. Everything thoughtfully provided and extras like some drink in the fridge and slippers. Very comfortable and well appointed. Small patio nice when sunny.
