De Hubertushoeve, een rietgedekte Saksische boerderij uit 1912, ligt in het gezellige Diever. Het B&B bestaat uit een ruime zit/slaapkamer. Er is een zitje met een paar comfortabele stoelen, een TV, waterkoker en de mogelijkheid om zelf koffie en thee te zetten. Het uitgebreide ontbijt (met o.a. warme broodjes) wordt op de kamer geserveerd op een tijdstip dat door de gasten zelf wordt bepaald. Vanuit de Hubertushoeve is het heerlijk wandelen of fietsen in de directe omgeving van het Drents-Friese Woud, het Dwingelderveld en de Weerribben.
