This old farmhouse on the edge of a bird naturereserve, was bild in 1870. Behind the house is a freestanding house with your own bathroom microwave refrigerator, next to the little hous there is a small room with 2 beds very nice if you are together with children ore with 4 people. You have to use the bathroom together. or use the bath room in our house.suroundid by flowers, whisling birds, and lots of nice little corners around the garden.
A view over the polders and not far from beach, IJsselmeer, the "Zaanse Schans", the Schermer windmillmuseum, and the cheesemarkets in Edam and Alkmaar,and The old centrum of DE RIJP.
There are several walkingroutes in the nearby seroundings.

Only in combination with they ather room "piopkar". Perfect room for the children or when you vissit with more then 2 addults , you share the bathroom with they ather room. in the Log cabin.

We kwamen tegen 19.00 uur aan en werden heel gast vrij ontvangen! Hebben eerst wat gedronken en om 20.00 uur hadden ze voor ons nog een hele lekker diner bereidt. De anderen ochtend moesten we al om 07.15 vertrekkkenen hadden aangegeven geen ontbijt te gebruiken, maar ze had toch voor koffie en thee gezorgd, zo lief!We gaan zeker nog terug !!!!

Petite maisonnette t'rès tranquille avec salle de bain non partagée par les autres voyageurs.
Très bon accueil.
Très beau lieu également pour les couples (à condition d'aimer la campagne).

Point négatif pour les oreilles sensibles : proximité d'une grande route (peu fréquentée la nuit).

zeer vriendelijke, gastvrije mensen, ontbijt een feestje, veel privacy, vrij uitzicht over de weilanden

For improvement
isolatie van het huisje, waardoor de geluiden van de dichtbij liggende provinciale weg en de overkomende vliegtuigen minder of niet hoorbaar zullen zijn.

De autoweg en vliegtuigen van Schiphol geven wat overlast, daar valt overigens niets aan te doen.
