Op tien minuten fietsafstand van het centrum. Bushalte voor de deur. Achter het pand ruime privé parkeerplaats, fietsen kunnen binnen staan. Het pand ligt aan de uitvalsweg naar Appingedam/Delfzijl. Goede verbinding met de ringweg. Schaatsen op het damsterdiep!! Als er ijs ligt is het een paradijs voor schaatsliefhebbers.

Let op !!!! ECO-Korting.
Bij twee of meer overnachtingen ontvangt u per persoon een korting van 2,50 euro per nacht.
Voorbeeld: twee personen overnachten drie nachten, normaal belaald u 210,00 euro, met de ECO-Korting betaald u 195,00 euro. Vraag er naar!!!
Fietsverhuur: € 2,50 per dagdeel Gazelle fietsen met versnelling en handremmen.

Die Zimmer sind mit Liebe gestaltet und sehr sauber. Jedes Zimmer mit Bademantel und Kosmetikartikeln. Alles wurde 2009 renoviert. Schönes und großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, verschiedenen Brauseneinstellungen, Badesalzen. Frühstück reichhaltig, vielfältig ebenfalls mit Liebe angerichtet. Der Inhaber Erik Stellinga ist außerordentlich hilfsbereit und gibt gerne Informationen. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür.

For improvement
Es liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, wenn man es nicht kennt, gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Mooie ruime kamers. Perfect ontbijt. Uitstekende gastheer Erik.

For improvement
Bereikbaarheid t.o.v. centrum Groningen een beetje lastig. Je moet er echt de weg kennen. Er is wel een bushalte voor de deur.

Zeer positief, erg vriendelijke gastheer die de verwarming op de slaapkamer al een stukje voor ons opengedraaid had. Dat we later waren was geen probleem, net als wat langer op bed blijven op de zondagochtend. Luxe badkamer inclusief producten (badzout etc). Fijn tweepersoonsbed, en een heerlijke bank in de woonkamer waar we nog even op konden uitblazen voor het slapen. Alles was bijzonder schoon. Bushalte voor de deur. Absolute Aanrader!

Eigenaar Erik is een gastvrije en attente gastheer. De badkamer is ruim en kraakhelder. Het ontbijt ziet er zeer verzorgd uit. Belangrijk is dat je je bij Mulhadara snel thuisvoelt. Erik doet dat door even een praatje te komen maken, zonder dat dit overkomt als een plichtpleging.

For improvement
De badkamer is dichtbij, maar het zou fijn zijn als er op de slaapkamer een fonteintje is. Verder niets dan lof.
