Stee in Stad is staying the night in the neighbourhood. It is a hotel in the Indian district of Groningen, the Korrewegwijk. It is a special hotel. Three houses have been transformed into a hotel. In each house there are three rooms. There are singles and doubles. Every room has a different theme. An example is ‘ Moulin Rouge’. Get to know Groningen from a different perspective or just stay close to friends in the neighbourhood. Experience the city in a different way and be a local for a day (or days)! Stee in Stad is work experience project for people distanced from the labour market and volunteers. The reception is housed in a building which used to be a local shop. After checking in you will get a map and a key. An employee will show you the way to your temporary home, which is situated at 400 meters from reception at most. Fijn bed. Leuk dat je uit verschillende kamers (verschillende stijlen) kunt kiezen.

Ik had een kamer geboekt, en dat was allemaal rond. Toen werd ik gebeld of ik een andere kamer wilde, blijbaar was er iets fout gegaan. Kreeg wel 2 gratis fietsen alleen dat was nogal zinloos omdat het hartje winter is en we maar één nachtje bleven. ook wisten ze niet hoe de pin werkte. en PERSOONLIJK vond ik het nogal irritant dat je niet met z'n tweeen kon eten want er liep de hele tijd personeel.
