B&B Landleven is situated in the polder surroundings of Nieuwenhoorn, 5 km.(approx. 3.1 miles) from the cities Rockanje, Oostvoorne & Hellevoetsluis. There are plenty sea, beach, walking- and biking possibilities in the neighbourhood. There is a seat present in the yard where, if the weather is fine, breakfast can be served. The B&B has its own entrance. The wide double room has a view on the polder landscape. It is possible to place an extra bed in the single or the double room. The bed of the single bedroom can only be rented together with the double bedroom. The single bedroom can not be arranged singular. The guests have the availability of their own shower and separated lavatories. It is possible to make a cup of coffee or tea as well. Internet via WiFi. A refrigerator is available. When compensated for, 2 bikes can be made available.

Het bed &breakfast was echt geweldig. aardige mensen en zeer behulpzaam. Alles hadden ze in huis. Voor ons dochtertje was er een kinderstoel aanwezig en je kon ook een bedje huren als dat nodig was. Koffie en thee faciliteiten en een nette badkamer met aparte wc. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Verschillende broodjes en vleeswaren. Eitje en koffie en thee met jus. We hadden er zelfs beschuit met aarbeien bij. Mooie tuin met verschillende zitjes en op een kwartiertje van het strand. (met de auto) Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

Prachtig gelegen B&B in het landelijke. Vlak bij de zee. Prima service, met uitstekend verzorgd ontbijt. Kamer ruim, netjes en sfeervol. Badkamer van alles voorzien. Handdoeken, badjassen, douchegel etc. Koelkast met inhoud waar je gebruik van kon maken. Echt een aanrader
