Welverdiend onthaasten in een prachtige omgeving?! B & B, Hotel, eetcafe De Gouden Klok, in een kustplaats van Friesland, vormt de ideale uitvalsbasis voor een ontspannen korte vakantie. Ondanks zijn bouwjaar rond 1870 is hotel De Gouden Klok modern ingericht en ligt in het centrum van Holwerd, aan de waddenzee en de dicht bij het Lauwersmeer. Veel fiets en wandelpaden in de omgeving, en de mogelijkheid om de eilanden Ameland en/of Schiermonnikoog te bezoeken. Of natuurlijk naar het mooie stadje Dokkum, met haar stadswallen en molens. Kortom een mooie omgeving voor rust en ruimte.

Positive Experiences
Wir haben 200€ für 3 Nächte mit Frühstück mit 2 Personen zwischen den Jahren bezahlt. Für den gebotenen Umfang ist dieser Preis voll und ganz angemessen.

Hygiene/Service/Komfort waren umwerfend. Das Frühstück konnten wir morgens um 9.30 Uhr einnehmen und es gab ein reichhaltiges Buffet. Alle unsere Fragen wurden immer ausführlich und gut beantwortet.

Zur Lage:
Ein wunderbares kleines Hotel in Holwerd, man läuft 15 Minuten zum Deich, ist also fast direkt am Meer. Auf der anderen Seite fährt man 30 Minuten nach Leeuvarden, die größte Stadt der Gegend und ist auch in 5 Minuten per Auto im benachbarten Dokkum, einer sehr schönen Kleinstadt mit sehenswerter Innenstadt.
