We would like to welcome you in our "resort" in the middle of Houten, Netherlands!!
Close to public transport. (NS Station, 10 minutes walking).
Your B&B facilities are located in our Garden. The apparments do have their own entry.
You may sleep in our appartment, first floor (4 pers), suitable for families, or you can stay in our appartment ground floor ( 2pers).
Both private, with a sittingroom/bedroom, separate kichen and bathroom for your convenience, tv, and internet.
In the bathroom is toilet, shower, and two washtables.
In the kitchen there is a fridge, micro wave, coffee and tea machine.
Breakfast is being served in your apartment.
If needed, we make your lunch.
You can enjoy your stay in the garden at your terras.
Parking is close for car of bike.
Bikes are for hire!

Aardige ontvangst, goed onderkomen, goed bed, goede douchte, goed en uitgebreid ontbijt, alles netjes en hygienisch, kortom; alles goed.
For improvement
Prijzig voor 1 overnachting...er zijn goedkopere alternatieven in de buurt. Ik betaal echter graag voor kwaliteit, dus zal hier ook terugkomen.

Very nice studio, with nice compound, good for family stay as well. In a quiet town, but near to train station and town center, only 2 stops from Utrecht. Supermarket and shops within walking distance.
For improvement
For long stay, would be good to accomodate the place with stove, washer machine+dryer.

Prachtig mooi appartement..helemaal nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. De gastvrouw is erg vriendelijk en de service is prima! Ontbijt uitstekend. Het appartement heeft een eigen entree en een heerlijke tuin!!!! Echt een aanrader dus!!!!!

Vanwege examens in Houten waren beide appartementen gehuurd door 3 volwassen studentes. Zeer goed bevallen, de accommodaties zijn uitstekend, de service is uitstekend. We konden heerlijk buiten zitten studeren aan het terras wat voor de appartementen ligt. Mochten we weer examens over een aantal dagen verspreid hebben komen we zeer zeker weer hier.

Point of departure
Erg fijn en rustig verblijf. Voor de derde keer gebruik van gemaakt als overnachtingplaats tijdens een beurs in de Expo in Houten. Het voelt elke keer, na een hectische dag op de beurs, als een oase van rust en als thuiskomen. Supermarkt op loopafstand, erg handig. Gastvrouw denkt erg goed mee over dieetwensen.
