Cosy room with queen size bed, separate shower/toilet facility, wireless Internet, TV, Senseo coffeemaker, waterheather, magnetron, small fridge. Free parking in the driveway, bicycles can be kept in a locked and secure space. A nice freshly prepared breakfast is served between 07.30 and 9.30 in the appartment. When the weather permits, one can enjoy breakfast on the terrace.

There is a bus stop a mere two minute walk away. A train station at 15 minutes walking distance. There is a selection of restaurants for lunch and/or diner within a minute's walk, all of them with a terrace. A diversity of shops in the same area, where you can shop for groceries and presents.

Prettige, rustig gelegen B&B met veel privacy en hartelijke gastvrijheid. Winkels en eetgelegenheden om de hoek, NS-station op 15 minuten lopen. Ideaal als uitvalsbasis voor werk- of studiebijeenkomsten in Utrecht.

For improvement
Een kleine magnetron, omzelf in (kant&klaar) warme maaltijd te kunnen voorzien, zou een waardevolle aanvulling kunnen zijn.

Prachtige B&B. Heerlijk bed, vriendelijk ontvangst, mooi geserveerd en lekker ontbijt, fijne ligging om de hoek van sauna Houten, goede eetgelegenheden op kleine loopafstand, zeer vriendelijk en goed gerund B&B. echt een aanrader! daar gaan we nog een keer van genieten! :-)

Separate groundfloor accommodation with somewhere to store bikes. Suited us perfectly. Shops, cafe, bar just round the corner in old town square.

Very nice B&B,we stayed in a small but confortable bedroom,fully accessorized. the owner is very kind and helpful: we arrived by bike and we were very tired,so she prepared some fresh fruit salad....we really appreciated! the house is 15 minutes walking from the train station and the train takes just 9 minutes to utrecht.
the owner helped us with the train timetables. the breakfast was very good.
