B&B 't Klein IJsselveld is a detached house, behind our Farm-house.
On the ground floor is a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. Each morning a nice breakfast is served in the kitchen of your Apartment. Upstairs is a living/bedroom.
B&B 't klein IJsselveld is situated in the middle of the Netherlands near cities like Utrecht, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and the Hague. It is also a very peaceful place, located in the countryside with beautiful views over grasslands and the river "Hollandse IJssel".
The B&B is next to a restaurant and to a small marina, where you can rent a boat.
The Appartment is suitable for la ong stay and has to be rented for a minimum of two nights.
We only accept reservations by reservationrequest.

Great hospitality and great service. The place you get is in fact like a big detached cottage, comfortable and quiet. Very good breakfast. Very good location. Excellent matrices and very comfortable beds.


For improvement
The stairs are very steep, you should be very careful using them. There is no toilet on the upper floor.

super goed ontvangen geweest door de gastvrouw en heer. het huisje is heel groot en zeer goed onderhouden. Uitgebreid ontbijt met vers fruitsap. lke dag verse handdoeken en washandjes! de afwas van het ontbijt werd door gastvrouw gedaan! kortom ideaal om eens goed uit te blazen. gaan zeker nog terug.

Iris' B&B was a very positive experience for us - it's located just 5 minutes from the highway, in a quiet surrounding. it's a stand alone cottage, rather spacious, very clean, with comfortable beds, and all required equipment and some small treats (like assortment of tea & biscuit, video gallery, etc).

For improvement
leaving room is on the 2nd floor with steep staircase my 7 year old handled easily but may require some attention with smaller kids.

Zeer ruime, luxe accomodatie. Mooi gelegen. Vrijstaand huisje onder rieten kap. Ideaal uitgangspunt voor fiets- en wandeltochten.
