Bed and Breakfast Zathe De Spieker is situated in the Frisian Grasslands. The stables of this farm have been completely rebuilt to form a guest residence with three luxurious, spacious (40 m2) and stylishly furnished guest rooms (sat TV, WiFi, private bathroom).

In the morning you will be served in the breakfast room with a wonderful breakfast with free-range eggs from our own hens. Breakfast room with refrigerator. Under the shelter of the coach-house is the guests' terrace. From the farm you can also see the meadow bird areas of Skrok and Skrins (nature reserves), which are open to visitors.

Itens lies in the heart of the Frisian Eleven Cities Skating Marathon route. The towns of Franeker, Sneek, Bolsward and Leeuwarden can also be reached within 20 minutes.

You can get to the surrounding villages on foot or else by bicycle along church paths, towpaths and the notorious Slachtedyk. There are places to eat in the surrounding villages.

Marleen heeft ons een paar onvergetelijke dagen bezorgd in haar fantastische B&B: ruime kamer, zeer goede bedden en prima andere faciliteiten. Maar laten we niet vergeten het ontbijt te noemen en te roemen.
Het is ons vaste voornemen nog een keer terug te komen.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in Zathe de Spieker! Prachtige kamer, lekker ruim, schoon en een heerlijk bed. Goed ontbijt met heerlijk suikerbrood en lekkere muesli ;) Op fietsafstand van Sneek en perfect gelegen t.o.v. bijv. Bolsward, Harlingen en Franeker! Marleen was een uitstekende gastvrouw!

Prachtige B & B. Ligt rustig maar in een omgeving waar genoeg te beleven valt. Marleen is gastvrij, het ontbijt heerlijk en de Mondriaankamer ruim.
Je komt er tot rust.
