Would you like to spend the night in the province Groningen? Aunty is a B&B in the city of Slochteren.
Are you looking for a luxurious residence for one or more nights? We offer, either for tourists or businessmen, a very pleasant accomodation.

Aunty is situated near the A7, Groningen- Nieuweschans and has four bedrooms and a large diningroom. We also have a very beautiful garden.

The neighbourhood has a lot to offer for every tourist. You'll enjoy the landscape, which is typical for Groningen.

Heel prettige ontvangst en erg attente en goede verzorging, prima kamer en badkamer. Leuke eet/zitkamer en toegang tot de buitenkamer en tuin.
En... Trees en Jan zijn erg toffe gastvrouw en gastheer.

Huiselijke sfeer, gezellige aanspraak (gespreksstof in overvloed), soort serre in vorm oude molen, ontbijten wanneer je maar wilt en met vers scharreleitje en warme broodjes . Goeie Senseo om zelf koffie te zetten, prima pads. Spannende en grote tuin met heerlijk rustige plekjes.
Ik bleef 5 nachten en zelfs na 3 nachten schoon beddengoed! Was in Weener in behandeling, reed dat binnen 30 minuten en naar stad Groningen slechts een kwartier. Goede ligging in stil dorpje. (helaas zonder supermarkt).Kon zelfs achter het huis parkeren. Prima.

For improvement
Vooraf goed informeren of iemand niet bang is voor honden. Ik ben dat niet, maar soms liepen de honden buiten of kwamen me enthousiast begroeten in de tuin en dat vindt niet iedereen leuk. Ze kwamen absoluut niet in de gastenverblijven of gasten-eetzaal.Enkele kleine details, zoals een haak voor de jassen hebben we doorgesproken bij vertrek en daarvoor stonden Trees en Jan juist heel open.

Wij zijn gastvrij ontvangen. Er heerst een gemoedelijke sfeer. Gunstig gelegen voor trips naar o.a. de stad Groningen.

Gaarne een paar ophanghaken aan de deur van de badkamer.

Onze "eerste" B en B ervaring heeft prima uitgepakt.Wij zijn heel hartelijk ontvangen.
De verbinding naar de stad Groningen is prima via eigen vervoer en dan de city bus.

Geen negatieve ervaring. Wel een tip. Aan beide kanten van het bed een lampje zou fijn zijn.
