Onze boerderij is gelegen aan de rand van de prachtige omgeving van het Lauwersmeer. Dit unieke natuurgebied, dat aangewezen is als Nationaal Park, staat garant voor vele toeristische activiteiten. Een ongerept, aantrekkelijk plattelandsgebied met authentieke cultuur en bezienswaardigheden. De accomodatie heeft een royale, beschutte achtertuin, waarin het heerlijk toeven is.
Het uitzicht is adembenemend met zijn kronkelende slootjes, boerderijen, prachtige wolkenluchten en, niet te vergeten, de weidevogels.
De rust is weldadig; het geluid van een tractor, een kraaiende haan maken het plattelandsgevoel compleet.
Er is een paardenbak aanwezig, zodat de paardenliefhebbers hun paard mee kunnen nemen. Nadere informatie hierover is aan te vragen via telefoon of mail.

Kamers zijn aan de kleine kant en zijn niet bedoeld om daar lang in te verblijven, behalve al het om slapen gaat.

Point of departure
Our visit to Lauwersville was perfect! We were hoping to walk in the area to learn about nature, the landscape, history, and especially birds. Our hosts made that possible. We had a quiet and comfortable night's sleep, a lovely living room with a beautiful view of fields and farms, a varied and substantial breakfast to start us off every morning, enough extra food to pack for our lunch on the trail, and a kind, friendly place to come home to. We especially apprieciated the maps, bird guides, trail guides, and other books and atlases that our kind hosts made available to us. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return some day.
