Situated in a former farmhouse on the edge of a small typical frisian village.
In this old farmhouse we arranged two rooms: de Ruimzicht-room en de Swedish room.
A nice place for nature-lovers and rest-seekers, but also more active holidays in this part of Friesland is very well possible. Kubaard is located in between the old cities of Franeker, Harlingen, Sneek, Leeuwarden and Bolsward, lies between the wadden sea and the frisian lakes, and is surrounded by other quiet small villages. Nice bike-routes and walking-routes are starting right at our front door.
You can rent a bike , go Sailing on the famous frisian lakes or attend Glass Art Workshops in our village

a new private bathroom. You can make your own coffee or tea,

Positive Experiences
Wij zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen, de kamers waren ruim en netjes. Er stond een leuke attentie klaar en Marten en Jeldou hadden antwoord op al onze vragen. Het B&B was wat lastig te vinden in het donker en met mist, maar in de zomer moet de omgeving beeldschoon zijn!!

Vriendelijke ontvangst, lekker ontbijt, prima sauna en mooie landelijke ligging aan de rand van mooi dorpje

For improvement
Er was net een verbouwing aan de gang waardoor ik alleen op de overloop en niet op de kamer kon internetten. Ook dat is voor niet-zakelijke reizigers vast een minder groot probleem....

Zeer gastvrij onthaal. Warm en menselijk contact. Zeer verzorgd en uitgebreid ontbijt. Mooie kamer. Het ideale verblijf om even te ontspannen en te genieten.

Mooie, ruime kamer, alles nieuw, mooi sanitair. Zalig ontbijt op de kamer met verse, door eigen kippen gelegde eitjes. Gastvrije ontvangst! Ga zo door!
