ONE OF THE BEST B & B'S IN HOLLAND!! THIRD PRICE CATEGORIE 4 TULIPS IN 2010!!! The detached villa with its own private parking area is situated in a quiet residential area in the rural town of Landsmeer and yet also close to the centre of Amsterdam. It is a mere 15-minute drive, by car/bus, from the bustling heart of Amsterdam. Our B&B was completely renovated in 2010. On the first floor, there are 4 spacious rooms, each of which has been furnished as the ideal family room, suitable for accommodating 2 to 4/5 persons. Each pair of rooms has an adjoining door, which can also be locked. This connecting door makes it possible for friends and family to be close to each other but still have their own privacy. Each family room has its own private bathroom, which is situated right next to the bedroom. Each room also has its own TV, as well as a comfortable sitting area. Every morning, a sumptuous breakfast is in our splendid dining-room. We have had many satisfied guests staying with us.

The London room, with its own private balcony, has an adjoining door, which connects it to the Amsterdam room. This door can be locked. Together these rooms are ideal as a family room. The rate is € 105 for 3 persons and € 125,00 for 4 persons.

Un confort parfait, une deco de très grande qualité. Tout a été parfaitement pensé pour le conforte de tous. Un petit déjeuner a tomber par terre. Qualité et quantité. Endroit super pour une virée en famille ou entre amis. Idéalement placé a 15 a 20 Mn du centre d'amsterdam, par le ferry ( excellente ambiance hollandaise) et le parking gratuit (point très intéressant a amsterdam). Les conseils des hôtes pour les visites, les déplacements, les astuces, sont précieux pour une première visite a amterdam.

My partner and myself stayed at this B&B on the way to France. I must say the whole stay was amazing. The cleanliness of the room and home, comfort of room, peace and quiet and breakfast was filling and content. Bert & Trudy really are fabulous people. They welcomed and treated us like family from the start. They also advised us of where to go and what to see. The popular sites and tourist places are very close by. I was quite sad to leave, but have already booked my next stay for Xmas. I would recommend this B&B to everyone. Knowing you will be getting family like service with a smile and loyalty :) Rimonda

Location is just outside the city in a quiet residential neighbourhood with public transport close by. Bert & Trudy made us feel at home, and assisted with transport arrangements & tips. The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast delicious & filling! This B&B is highly recommended!
