This Bed&Breakfast on the outskirt of the centre of the beautiful city Leeuwarden, is an excellent operating place for as well visiting the city-centre as the rural area of Friesland.
There are several hiking- and bicycletracks which are within easy reach of the B&B. The city centre is on a 10 minutes walking distance. There is also a good bus-connection with the central trainstation on a 5 minutes walking distance.
Apart from Your bedroom there is also a well furnished linvingroom available.

Heerlijk geslapen na een concert, eerst een gastvrij ontvangst en we vroegen een snelle etentje en ze verwees ons naar een goed eetcafe, bijna om de hoek. Een kaart van leeuwarden meegekregen met handgeschreven verwijzing.

Our experience in Els' home was very warm and welcoming. She gave us assistance and privacy when appropriate and the transport to the railway station was much appreciated. We couldn't have imagined a nicer place to stay and we are sorry we will never meet Els and Franz again. Thank you for your generosity.

Positive Experiences
We were made to feel very welcome by Els and Franz. An excellent starting point for our cycling holiday and Els kindly let us leave our car at her house while we spent a week cycling the Elfstedentocht route with our children. The best breakfast we had in Friesland! Comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation.
