Very nice B&B,just 15 minutes walking from the centre. we had a very big bedroom fully accessorized with a big bathroom and a kitchen corner. the bed was big and confortable. averything was very clean. the breakfast was very rich and good.
For improvement
we had breakfast in the owner's house and she has 2 little dogs. we were't so happy abouts the dogs,in particular because during the breakfast we wanted to relax. anyway she is very nice and helpful with her hosts.

De prijzen op jullie website zijn niet meer up to date. Er stond 35 euro voor 1 persoon maar mevrouw zei dat dat oude prijzen waren en toen zijn we 40 euro overeengekomen, maar 100% correct vind ik het niet

Mrs. Shaefer sounded very unfrendly on the phone and asked me a lot of questions (it was like an interview!!). However when I arrived and we met she was extremely friendly, so that I think she might have asked all those questions out of interest.
The breakfast is good and Mrs. Schaefer joins the guests and is interested in them.

The room I had was extremly small.
The heater is switched off at night.
The furneture is really BASIC.
Everything including the bath was clean but it definitiely needs refurbishment and replacement.
The location is not really central. You have to want 15-20 min to get to the centre.

Mevr. Schaefer is very friendly and she was an instant grammy to our daughter. She checked up on our progress getting to the b&b and helped us settle in. Breakfast is excellent (typical Dutch though, so do not expect any warm food), as was Mevr Schaeffer's company. She's very interested in each guest's story, and happy to help out. The place we had was very baby friendly with cork floors and a cot and high chair provided.

Pension ligt aan de grote weg, maar wel dicht bij oude stadscentrum van Leiden. Gezellige pensionhoudster, vriendelijk, attent en behulpzaam. Goed ontbijt en ruime kamers. Leuke poedels, die je vrolijk begroeten.

Zachte matrassen en kussens, maar dat is natuurlijk verschillend per persoon wat men fijn vindt slapen.
