In 2005 is het voorhuis van onze woonboerderij afgebroken en opnieuw opgebouwd. Het huis ligt tegen het natuurgebied de 50 bunder met aansluitend het Noordlaarderbos. Wij kijken uit op de es van Midlaren. Aan het begin van de straat is een grafheuvel en aan het eind van de straat zijn 2 hunebedden. Het huis ligt 800m van het Pieterpad en 200m van de LF14 en Lenten route. De omgeving is schitterend om te wandelen en te fietsen. Eventueel gratis fietsen beschikbaar.
Bij mooi weer kunt u buiten op een van de 5 terrassen ontbijten en heeft u een magnifiek uitzicht. In ca. 8 minuten fietsen bent u in het levendige dorp Zuidlaren. Zuidlaren is bekend vanwege Berend Botje, de grootste Europese paardenmarkt en de verschillende brinken. Het Zuidlaardermeer is vlakbij. Hier worden verschillende watersporten beoefend. Het is mogelijk om een rondvaart te maken. De stad Groningen is 25 minuten rijden met de auto.

Het was een hartelijk welkom. De kamer was uiterst verzorgd en met alle aandacht voor details ingericht. Een badkamer met alle luxe.
Echt een aanrader voor als je even een paar dagen de rust van Drenthe wilt ervaren.

Heel vriendelijke en behulpzaam gastpaar. Kregen meteen fietsen aangeboden Mooie kamers, zeer netjes en compleet ingericht.
Mooie en luxe badkamer, echter door meerder kamers te gebruiken.
Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt, erg gezellig.

Voor het eerst in een Bed&Breakfast en dan het zo treffen. Wat een aandacht voor de gast en wat een plezier voor gastvrouw en gastheer. Prachtige kamers, attenies op de kamer. Na jarenlange ervaring als consultant in hospitality: Zo hoort het. Fantastisch!. Wat een zorg ook aan en voor de ontbijttafel.
Ik de toekomst komen we er heel zeker graag vaak weer Thuis!!!

Delen van de prachtige badkamer was even wennen, maar ook fijn dat je dat kan delen met anderen.

Erg prettig ontvangst. Mooie, schone kamers met lekkere bedden. Prachtig (nieuw) huis met een heerlijk tuin. De gastvrouw zorgde voor een geweldig lekker ontbijt. Behulpzame gastheer en gastvrouw. We komen zeker terug!
