Molen22 is een van de mooiste lokaties in de Hoeksche Waard, vlak bij Rotterdam en Dordrecht. Het huis is gebouwd eind 19e eeuw door de molenaar van de korenmolen 'De Goede Hoop" uit 1749. Momenteel wordt er een begin gemaakt aan de restauratie van de molen.
In de ruime tuin aan het water 'De Binnenbedijkte Maas' zijn diverse zitjes waar uw zomers heerlijk kun genieten van het uitzicht over het water.
De kamers zijn zeer ruim en voorzien eigen sanitair per kamer.

prachtige omgeving, prachtig huis, mooie en ruime en zeer smaakvolle kamer met GOED ZITMEUBILAIR en goede verlichting en alle accessoires w.o. zelfs een professionele Ipodspeler, bizonder bekwame en aardige en vriendelijke en gezellige en attente gastvrouw, voortreffelijk ontbijt

We stayed in a small private cottage with big decorated garden and access to water located next to the main house.
Very nicely decorated and comfortably arranged. Great country location right by Rotterdam and Den Haag.
The hostess was very nice, kind and helpful.

For improvement
The decoration of the bedrooms upstairs is behind the rest of the cottage so we used them mainly for sleeping (the beds were very comfortable) and relaxed downstairs in the leaving parts of the cottage.

It's easy : you will find there everything you are ever waiting for a b&b. I really do not want to describe it for one reason : you must go there to discover by yourself what we felt during our stay. One thing nevertheless : the owners are simply fantastic.
