Het Vincentiushuis is in 1917 door de zusters Franciscanessen in gebruik genomen. In het pand was een katholieke meisjesschool en een gastenhuis voor hulpbehoeftige bejaarden.
In de tweede wereldoorlog is het gebouw ondanks hevige gevechten in en rond Neerkant in stand gebleven.Een deel van het klooster is in gebruik als Bed & Breakfast .Op de 1e etage zijn ruime en confortabele kamers aanwezig. In de omgeving liggen uitgestrekte natuurgebieden waarin gewandeld en gefietst kan worden. De nabij gelegen dorpen Helenaveen en Griendtsveen zijn aangewezen als beschermd dorpsgezicht.

Mooie historische locatie, het voormalig klooster is opgeknapt in stijl, met authentieke accenten. Zeer ruime kamer, rustige ligging. Gastvrije ontvangst, mooie omgeving. Zeker een aanrader!
