Zelf beeldende kunst maken in een prachtige omgeving. Wie bij ons verblijft weet dat rust en ruimte beklijft. Dit alles vindt U op Hoeve Ceres (uit 1898). In het gerenoveerde koetshuis, met eigen ingang. Op de begane grond bevind zich de keuken voorzien van alle apparatuur, met de huiskamer (afgescheiden door een glazen wand) en op de eerste verdieping 4 tweepersoonskamers, 2 douches en 3 toiletten. Enkele dagen bezig zijn met het maken van een schilderij of ets onder professionele begeleiding. Anthon Meijssen is beelden kunstenaar en gaf 23 jaar les aan de Koninklijke Academie van Beeldende Kunsten te Den Haag. Cursussen gecombineerd met overnachtingen zijn mogelijk. Deze cursussen zijn inclusief koffie/thee, ontbijt en lunch. Natuurlijk kunt U ook bij ons verblijven als U gewoon wilt wandelen of fietsen in de omgeving. Prachtige weidse uitzichten vanaf een zonnig terras/tuin. Het echtpaar is zeer gastvrij, we mochten de historische herenboerderij bezichtigen.

Wat een prachtige omgeving, hier "hoor" je nog de stilte. De eigenaren zijn zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. Ik werd gehaald en gebracht van en naar het station.
