'Aan de Broerdijk' is a fully independant apartment with it's own entrance, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located in Nijmegen-oost, close to the forrests, the center and the university. Many bars and restaurants can be found in the area.
'Aan de Broerdijk' is situated in the basement of the mansion. At the back of your apartment you have a direct entrance to the green and lush garden, measuring 25 meters. This gives you an experience of living on the countryside, although your residence is in the middle of the city.

You can reach the woods by foot. Both university and the center can be reached in 10 minutes by bike or public transport.

Een ruim sousterrain appartement, met zorg ingericht. Verwacht geen luxe, het is een comfortabel appartement waar alle voorzieningen aanwezig zijn. S'ochtends het ontbijt op bestelling : het tijdstip, het aantal broodjes, jus en een eitje.

Gezellig appartement, veel ruimte, alle faciliteiten aanwezig, prachtige tuin, gastvrije verzorging, veel lekkere en gezellige restaurantjes en kroegen in de wijk, 20 min lopen vh centrum.
Heel fijn verblijf geweest.

Heerlijke ruimte met lekker veel privacy, gelegen in een mooi deel van Nijmegen. Er zijn leuke eettentjes in de buurt. Kortom, value for money.
