Molen Hunsingo is situated in the remains of an original Dutch windmill in the picturesque village Onderdendam, just north of the city of Groningen. Onderdendam lies on a junction of four canals.


The two luxurious guestrooms are situated on the 2nd and 3th floor of the windmill. There is a fantastic view from the ring of the mill and the possibillity to enjoy a high standard lunch or diner.

Positive Experiences
Prima B&B die in de zomer zonder meer een stuk aantrekkelijker is dan in de winter. Ondanks de grauwe dag zag het er allemaal erg pitoresk uit.
We hebben 's avonds gedineerd in het restaurant dat ook in de molen zit daarover niets dan lof. Erg smakkelijk met streekgebonden ingredienten en zeker voor ieder wat wils. Helaas viel het ontbijt wat tegen. Kortom ondanks de niet goedkope kamerprijs een aanrader.

We komen zeker een keer terug met mooi weer!!

For improvement
Het ontbijt mag wel wat uitgebreider, wellicht de avond ervoor de wensen van de gast vragen.

Deze molen ligt in een prachtige rustige omgeving. Mooie, nette, schone, ruime kamer. Aardige, gastvrije mensen. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en erg lekker.

For improvement
In het plaatsje zelf is niet veel te beleven. Voor uitjes e.d. kun je het beste naar Groningen, 15 min. met de auto. Wat wel leuk is dat je kano's kan huren bij de molen.
