The farmhouse with an apartment is situated in the peaceful setting of the Groene Hart country. The property has a variety gardens, a herb garden, rosegarden, terraces, an orchard, and parking places. The apartment has a wonderful view over the polder and the orchard with fruit trees. The apartment is for naturelovers an businessmen. The landscape is predominantly polder landscapewith extensive meadows, comfort clump of trees, waterstreams and wooded banks which provides shelter for e.g. many species of birds. The Lopikerwaard has more than 100 different species of summer birds. The water meadows near the Lekdijk form part of the river landscape. Polsbroek is centrally situated in the immediate vicinity of historical towns Lopik, Schoonhoven, Oudewater, Montfoort, IJsselstein and Haastrecht, but also big towns like Utrecht, Rotterdam, Den Haag and Amsterdam are easily accessible.
A variaty of restaurants in the surrounding area. Renting the apartment for extended period is possible.

Een heel comfortabel verblijf gehad. Een ruim appartement.
Prima ligging. Lekker kunnen fietsen en wandelen in een schitterende omgeving. Alklkervriendelijkste ontvangst en verzorging.
