Positive Experiences
The place is just perfect with very friendly but non-intrusive owner, extremely comfortable beds and the best breakfasts ever. It is a quiet environment with the roosters calling in the morning (not a disturbance at all)!

For improvement
Advertise facilities like this one as "self contained accommodation" since it is completely separate from the main house and it has kitchen, bathroom facilities.

Cottage privatif, situé à 50 mètres d'un lac et de la base nautique de la ville. PDJ excellent.

For improvement
Heureusement que nous n'y sommes pas allés avec des température trop fraîches car l'isolation au niveau de la douche est un peu faible. Dommage.

Very clean, spatious, comfortable room. Nicely decorated and with everything one could need - a mini kitchen with table & 4 chairs, sink, microwave, coffee maker, china & cutlery. Beautifully situated near a lake with absolute silence. The owner Marike was kind and accomodating. The breakfast was fantastic - very abundant.

For improvement
The toilet & sink area which was separate (from the shower), was really quite small and could be considered uncomfortable for some people.

Mooi gelegen aan het Braassemermeer, prachtige fietsomgeving. Heel rustig. Bij mooi weer kan je lekker in de tuin zitten. Heel goed bed, en heerlijk ontbijt. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad.

For improvement
Het sanitair is vrij eenvoudig, keukengerei is wat schaars (maar we hadden zelf het een en ander meegenomen).

ontvangst gezellig, kamer ruim en goed ingericht, eenvoudige maar functionele kitchenette.
Heerlijk ontbijt, lekker vers fruit en voldoende beleg.

bed nogal hard, wc en douche netjes maar wel een beetje krap. Heerlijk ontbijt maar jammer genoeg zakjes poederkoffie ipv verse koffie
