Bed & Breakfast Delfshaven is a special accommodation in the heart of historic Delfshaven – Rotterdam. This fully and modernly furnished apartment is situated on the first floor of a historic 1916 house with a canal view of the museum harbor and antique boats. The quaint brick street is closed to cars which guarantees both a peaceful stay and an interesting walk over the bridges or to the windmill at the end. Restaurants, cafés, galleries, and shops abound in close proximity. The center of Rotterdam is either five minutes by metro or just a 20-minute walk down the multi-cultural shopping street, the Nieuwe Binnenweg.

*very good service (frequent change of towels, offer to clean apartment after week, change of bed sheets)
*no payment straight at arrival (deposit upfront though)

For improvement
*floor very creaky (annoying when child is sleeping)
*upstairs bed, cozy and space saving, but very warm in summer (fan provided though!)
*no insect screen (but a lot of musquitos)

What a lovely host couple and hearty welcome into Rotterdam. Very comfortable apartment, and even bikes from the garden and cooking facilities. The home-like quality of this chamring place, located on the cana,l is perfect and we're already planning our returns again and again.

For improvement
I can't imagine anyone EVER having a bad time here unless there is something wrong with THEM.
