Hoeve de Groe: bed & breakfast, in the city of Rotterdam. In a green neighbourhood, you 'll find a one room apartment, in the former stables of a farm. Situated on a historic, quiet dike. Even though on a journey, you 'll feel right at home. In Rotterdam city, but with your own front door, a view of the goats, your own part of the garden. Of course there is a spacious bathroom, luxurious beds, comfortable chairs. For our business guests: internet and television. There is a fridge and home cooking is possible.
The apartment is within walking distance of the soccer stadium Feyenoord. Other features: Ahoy and the new Luxor theatre. The mills of Kinderdijk can be visited by bike and ferry. The train station Rotterdam Lombardijen is a half mile away. In less than 15 minutes you can be in the city centre, with your car parked near the station. The apartment is very suitable for bikers and long distance walkers. Bike routes are near, so is public transport.

Erg gastvrij ontvangen.
Goed ontbijt met vers fruit, verse jus d'orange, brood kortom uitgebreid. Goed bed, badkamer keurig.

Superleuk plekje midden in Rotterdam maar met het gevoel van buiten. Veel privacy door eigen entree. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en met verse jus!

Hoeve de Groe was the best accommodation that we stayed in in Europe. Our host was very helpful. The setting is delightful. The room was spacious clean and inviting. Breakfast was wonderful, fresh and plentiful. We wished we could have stayed longer

Wat een rust en toch in de grote stad en overal dichtbij. Het aangeraden restaurant was inderdaad een aanrader en maar op 5 minuten rijden, het ontbijt was heerlijk. Als we weer in Ahoy moeten zijn komen we zeker terug.

Heerlijk uitgebreid en vers ontbijt. Vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer. Leuke boederijdieren bij het huis. Rustige omgeving. Fijne grote douche en comfortabel bed.
Gratis en genoeg parkeerruimte. Echt ideaal in een grote stad.

For improvement
Hele kleine tv, kan echt voor een klein prijsje verbeterd worden. vloerverwarming systeem is niet optimaal (overdag en 's avonds wil je hem aan voor warmte, duurt een paar uur voordat hij is opgewarmd en voor de nacht weer is afgekoeld. Dan heb je 's ochtends weer een probleem omdat het dan ijskoud is en dus een tijd duurt voordat het warm is).
Nadeel; 1 badjas voor 2 gasten.
De zitstoelen zijn niet comfortabel en het voetenkrukje kan je niet gebruiken omdat het vanwege de gladde vloer steeds wegglijdt).

Zeer gastvrije ontvangst. Het landelijke gevoel in een stad, de rust en privacy was geweldig. Een super ontbijt, heerlijke bedden een prima uitvalsbasis voor een weekend Rotterdam.
