Ruim en licht appartement, geheel voor onszelf. Heerlijke, nieuwe bedden, waardoor deze B&B zeker een aanrader is. Verder een enorm gezellige avond gehad bij café De Stoep aan de overkant

Prima appartement. Netjes en voorzien van alle basisbenodigdheden. Een stuk praktischer en gezelliger dan een hotelkamer, zeker als je voor je voor zaken of bijscholing in je eentje in Rotterdam bent. Ook kun je dan in de keuken lekker zelf koken, wat ook weer veel in kosten scheelt. Het is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer, maar misschin als tip: de OV-fiets is voor 3,- per dag te huur op het station (let op: je hebt wel een OV-fiets jaarabonnement nodig). Hiermee heb je alle vrijheid om de stad te verkennen. De fiets kun je onder in de kelder ook veilig stallen.

Er was nog geen draadloos internet, maar volgens mij werd daar al aan gewerkt.

My whole experience of Jacques Perk, from my first enquiry email to checking out of the B&B was a positive and pleasant one. The apartment is light, spacious, airy and very clean with a well equipped kitchen. It was also far bigger than I expected it to be. It is situated down a quiet road and is close to public transport and various restaurants/shops. The owner, Paul, was very helpful, friendly, efficient, professional and welcoming. I arrived on New Year's Eve and was given a bottle of Prosecco and 3 marvellous and very, very tasty Dutch pastries ... a real treat and a lovely surprise. The heating had also been on for a while before my arrival so the apartment was lovely and warm inside ... it was a cold day outside and I was very grateful to be in a warm environment. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to my family, friends and other visitors to Rotterdam.

The lessor was most helpful and kindly. Approximately 200m from the Metro and Tram, bars and restaurants we found the location perfect.
